Dayton’s provides perimeter pest control service on a quarterly basis to prevent unwelcome pests from entering your home. Since 90 percent of pests come from the outside, this exterior treatment helps stop pests in their tracks before they invade your living space.  For the initial perimeter pest control treatment, Dayton’s treats the inside of your home and also does a very thorough exterior treatment including your home’s foundation, under the eaves, window sills, door openings, garbage cans, and garage door openings.  For future quarterly perimeter treatments, an added convenience is that you don’t have to be at home when the exterior is treated (outdoor treatment only).   If you find that you need an extra treatment for your home’s interior or exterior, there’s no extra charge.

Dayton’s also performs termite inspections and provides official termite inspection letters for realtors as they help homeowners sell a home.
